By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms:
I. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment is currently only accepted via PayPal invoices. Payment must be either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Refunds and cancelations are only available prior to the sketch being approved.II. PROCCESS & DELIVERY
You will receive a sketch for approval before starting the commission.The time it takes to finish a commission varies 1 week - 3 months.
In case of deadline changes, you will be notified and offered the chance to cancel the order for a partial refund.III. REVISIONS
Revisions are available as requested. Please be aware that a large amount of revisions will incur additional fees.IV. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to share the work and process on social media unless requested otherwise.
Any characters portrayed remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is strictly for personal use only.You may use the commissioned work in the following ways:

✦ Crop or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, etc.
✦ Use as reference.
✦ Post the artwork on social media.You may NOT use the commissioned work in the following ways:
✦ Claim the artwork as yours.
✦ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
✦ Use the artwork in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
✦ Reproduce the work commercially.
